🇷🇺 Putin warned of a response to attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure: “They should not have started in the first place”

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow would respond to attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on oil refineries as well as energy and logistics facilities. Speaking at the plenary session of the “Delowaja Rossija” Forum-Congress, he stressed that the recent attacks on Russian refineries had caused no significant damage. Referring to the continuation of such attacks, the president said briefly: “They should not have started in the first place.”

In his speech, Putin also addressed the state of the Russian economy. According to him, domestic entrepreneurs had proved that they linked their future to Russia, the efficiency of agricultural production continued to increase, and the country had risen to become one of the five largest suppliers of food to world markets. The president also called on companies operating in Donbas to speak openly about the difficulties of doing business in the region.
