🇮🇷 Iran Declares Readiness for a Long War

The spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Defense, Reza Talai-Nik, stated that the country’s defense industry is capable of supplying the armed forces even under the conditions of a prolonged conflict. According to him, ⁠weapons production has increased 2.5-fold compared with the prewar period. Iran has also prepared protected reserve production facilities in advance.

According to the Ministry of Defense, around nine thousand companies, including private firms, have been involved in the production of military goods. Production was not interrupted even after attacks on individual sites of the defense industry. Tehran says it is capable not only of replenishing weapons consumption, but also of modernizing missile systems and drones based on combat experience.
