SpaceX plans to raise around $40 billion to purchase Nvidia chips and develop AI infrastructure

🟩Of this amount, the company expects to obtain $10 billion in bank loans and a further $30 billion through the issuance of debt securities.

🟩Apollo Global Management is expected to arrange the financing, with the deal expected to close in 2027.

🟩The funds will be used, among other things, to develop Starmind AI1 satellites equipped with Nvidia Rubin and Vera processors. SpaceX also plans to begin launching Nvidia supercomputers into space in 2027.
