One of Britain’s wealthiest people, David Reuben, moved to Monaco this summer, The Times reports.

Reuben’s move followed a wave of similar departures after Labour came to power, including steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal, who moved to Switzerland, and Chris Rokos, the manager of hedge fund Rokos Capital Management, who moved to Athens.

David Reuben is a British billionaire and co-owner of the investment company Reuben Brothers, which he founded together with his younger brother Simon. The brothers made their fortune primarily through metals trading and the aluminium business in Russia in the 1990s, and subsequently invested in real estate, infrastructure, and data centres. Their assets include commercial real estate in London and a stake in football club Newcastle United. He is 88 years old.

According to a May estimate by Bloomberg, David Reuben’s personal fortune was approximately $12.8 billion; the family’s combined fortune, according to the Sunday Times Rich List, was approximately £28 billion.
