WAKANDA'S REGULATIONS.
Rules are not carved merely for the sake of being read β they are carried as law within the dominion.
WAKANDA FOREVER
Those who cross into Noctrus are expected to read with awareness, and abide by what has been established. These tenets are not forged to restrain, but to preserve the order, trust, and balance upon which Noctrus stands.
TENET I β THE THRESHOLD.
Those who seek passage must first enter (subscribe) through @NOCTRUSS.
Presence begins with acknowledgment; those who remain beyond the threshold shall remain beyond its circle.
TENET II β THE WATCH.
The circle remains open without hour, from daybreak to nightfall and through every hour between β 24/7. Yet even within an open dominion, every voice may not receive an immediate answer. Patience is expected, for time is carried with purpose; should silence endure beyond two hours, you may call upon us once more.
TENET III β THE MANY.
No form of identity is turned away from these walls. Whether Cyber, Personal, Business, Hire/Hired, or Roleplay, all may enter the circle. What defines you is not the form you carry, but the manner in which you carry it.
TENET IV β THE REQUEST.
Before desire is given form, awareness must come first. Inquire of the available Noctris (talent) before presenting your order, for every request must move according to its proper course. Those who disregard the order shall not be received.
TENET V β THE EXCHANGE.
All exchanges within the circle are bound to one trusted passage β QRIS (ONLY). No other path shall be recognized or entertained. Simplicity is the mark of order, and order is the foundation of control.
TENET VI β THE MARK.
Imitation is not admiration β it is intrusion.
Any attempt to replicate what belongs to this circle shall carry its consequence. Such disregard shall be answered with a tribute of Rp. 500.000,00.
TENET VII β THE VOICE.
Should urgency arise, or dissatisfaction find its voice, one appointed hand remains open to receive it. Direct your words to the keeper of this matter β AnoMessBot.t.me?start=MPRtDu. What is entrusted there shall be heard and treated accordingly.
