Enables volume control with media keys for MIDI sounds, combined with performance patch.

1080p playback support patch for Belle FP1/FP2.

This is a port of hardware decoding driver from Nokia 808 that adds H.264 Level 4.0 support.
Tested on Nokia 701 with FP2, and 700 with FP1, should be compatible with 603 as well.
