I assume the meme gained popularity and trannies started complaining. Now you may think that they're complaining because JK is transphobic or some other such thing, but I'd say the genderbend is their main problem. I'd say no because saying a character is a genderbend and not trans implies a difference between the two. If people consider the two different it means that they don't consider trannies to be real women which drives said trannies insane. Now combine the appeal and the fact that it makes trannies mad and you can see why chuds flock to it.

I also think that your confusion is a result of an assumption that most enjoyers of this meme treat the genderbending as some special, or even tranny related thing, when it's a variation of "What if X was a cute anime girl"

Additionally I assume that most lib complaining is actually a reaction to the chuds pissing off the originally complaining trannies.

They found that not only were very humane prisons a key component but also support after release and half way houses were also important. After that they had to reduce part of the stigma but not all parts. So you want employers to hire ex cons with similar credentials as non ex cons at much the same rate but also the keep the stigma of doing the crime and having served your sentence as the key to being absolved of the sin of the crime.
