Telegram has removed the ✏️ edit button for Indian users in one-on-one chats and groups until June 30. The feature remains available in channels, with additional details indicating when a message was edited. Also, Telegram is continuously replacing the💎 TON icon with Gram icons everywhere.
Note: Group owners and admins can edit messages in groups.
