The Guardian of the First Song
Before the rivers learned their journeys,
the elders spoke of spirits carried by the wind.
They said every creature holds a message,
and every breath is a prayer returning to the Creator.
The sky remembers the footsteps of our ancestors,
the waters remember the hands that blessed them.
A small voice from the wild can carry great wisdom,
for the Creator hides strength within gentle things.
I follow the path of the old teachings,
where patience grows like cedar roots,
where courage rises like the morning sun,
and where every living soul is a relative.
The ancient songs are not lost in time,
they travel through feathers, rivers, and stars.
They remind us that we belong to the earth,
not as owners, but as caretakers of its sacred heartbeat.
May we walk with humble hearts,
listening to the lessons the world gives freely.
For those who honor the spirits around them
will always carry the light of their ancestors within.
