Proposal to change pgf_inflation_rate parameter from 0.05 to 0.00. The PGF treasury has sufficient funds for sustainability, reducing total network inflation from 8.64% to 3.64%. Inflation is seen as a cost and should only be used when it adds value. The future fees from shielded pool usage will fund the ecosystem sustainably.
