fix: disable resource shrinking to keep the manifest app label resolvable (regression of the 12.10 buildSrc sync: the string-namespace shrink pipeline remaps ids without patching binary manifest references)
ci: apply the media submodule patch in the publish workflow
fix: keep emoji.pack uncompressed (EmojiPack reads it via AssetFileDescriptor, which fails on AGP 9 deflated assets)
