A few words on recent events with our staking.

The recent increase in TON yields triggered a significant leap in deposits, which required us to urgently scale up our hardware infrastructure and substantially rework our algorithms.

The process took several days, during which some user deposits were not included in validation — causing gaps in reward payouts.

Despite claims circulating in some low-grade channels, we did not increase our own revenue or "pocket" a larger share. We were missing income just as much as our users were due to the partial downtime, and we made the decision to cover all compensation payments out of our own funds.

We have now completed the main technical work. As payouts go out, we're closely monitoring protocol stability. We're reading your reports and appreciate your feedback.

As a reminder, for an additional form of compensation we've zeroed our protocol fee for the current week.

Which smart contracts do you use?
We use the official open-source Liquid Staking contracts developed by TON Core team — the same contracts used by other protocols in the ecosystem (e.g. Tonstakers).

How are you related to Stakee?
Stakee is our friendly project that offers their users a staking interface based on our infrastructure.

How are you related to TON Foundation?
We are not. MyTonWallet is a fully independent project with no external investors or beneficiaries. We don't represent the interests of TF or any other organization, and have never received outside investments — except for prize money from winning several open technical contests.

📣 Compensation update

Yesterday we processed the main compensation payout for three incorrectly calculated cycles. Today we sent a second transaction covering the remaining portion.

Many of you noticed that the figures in your staking reward history didn't match your overall wallet balance. This happened because we paid out the difference in TON directly to your main wallet balance.

To clear up the confusion, we rolled back the staking reward display to show values without the compensation included — so the numbers no longer appear twice.

📊 Breakdown:

Across the three cycles, rewards were originally accrued at 4.69%, 11.59%, and 0% respectively — against the stated 20%.
We decided to compensate not just up to 20%, but up to the full blockchain yield with our fee waived — bringing each cycle to 22.7%.

For example: on a 1,000 TON deposit, the shortfall across three cycles was 0.873 TON. In total, we paid out 10,469.39 TON across all users.

💬 What's next:

From April 12 to 18 we've fully waived our service fee — you're receiving the FULL blockchain yield.

📣 Compensation for Missed Staking Rewards

We've started issuing payments to make up the difference to 20% APY for all users whose rewards fell short of the promised level since Saturday evening.

For full transparency, we're sharing the address all payouts will be sent from.

➡️ How it works:

The compensation will arrive as a separate TON transaction and appear in your staking history and activity feed — if you don't see it, make sure the "Hide small transfers" feature is turned off. The amount is calculated individually based on your deposit size and the number of cycles where the yield didn't reach 20% APY.

The compensation covers three reward cycles:

– Apr 11, 23:05 UTC
– Apr 12, 17:11 UTC
– Apr 13, 02:04 UTC

Transactions will start appearing in your transaction history within the next few hours. Thank you for your patience and trust ❤️

💎 Dear users, many of you have noticed that despite the increase in APY on the blockchain, the yield did not grow proportionally.

This is due to the way the staking smart contract works: the increased rate only begins to apply from new validation rounds.

The cycles were expected to complete the update yesterday, but due to a number of changing factors, our internal configuration was delayed by one cycle. As a result, some users were still receiving rewards at the previous rate.

We have decided to compensate the full amount of underpaid yield for today. Over the next few days, users of our staking whose rewards have not yet aligned with the 20% APY will receive the difference in TON directly to their wallets.

As a token of appreciation for your trust and as an additional bonus, we have also decided to compensate the service fee until April 18, 2026 — so that you will receive the FULL yield from the blockchain during this period ❤️

Compensation for the service fee will be sent as separate payments together with the regular reward distributions.
