Making the video is not actually necessary, so I'll just tell you the instructions.
1️⃣. Go to settings —》chat settings —》browse themes
2️⃣. Make sure that you applied the theme you're trying to convert and then tap on "browse themes" then tap on "create theme"
3️⃣. Name the file as the original to credit the OG creators, and then hit create.
4️⃣. Save the theme and then export it to the bot for conversion.

bot updates If someone creates a Telegram theme on an older version of the app, the bot might get the colors right but won't include the wallpaper in the theme and won't send it to you. I'll make a video on how to easily solve that and post it here. ✌️
