NEAR’s nearcore 2.13 upgrade introduced ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signing, letting users voluntarily add quantum-resistant keys without migrating assets. Existing keys remain fully supported, and NEAR traded near $5.85–$5.93 with +12.8% in the past 24 hours.
This is one of the first live quantum-resistance implementations among major L1s and may support NEAR’s infrastructure narrative.
