Vitalik updates EIP-8141 for quantum-resistant signatures and wallet social recovery – Link

Vitalik Buterin and co-authors revised the EIP-8141 "Frame Transaction" proposal for Ethereum's 2027 "Hegotá" upgrade.

• P256 quantum-resistant signatures
• Google-style social account recovery
• Batched execution of up to 64 operations

Matters because: It signals Ethereum's long-term push toward stronger wallet usability and quantum safety, even though it is still an early-stage roadmap update.
