Base Build launched Base Verify Onchain on Base Sepolia, giving developers a way to enforce “one real user, one claim” rules in smart contracts using on-chain identity verification. The tool has already been used over 300,000 times and is integrated with Coinbase, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
Matters because: it targets a major fairness problem in airdrops and token distributions and could improve governance voting and incentive programs.
