In India, a teenager has been forced to spend up to 20 hours a day in the water for the past five years.

Sixteen-year-old Iqbal Sheikh suffers from a rare condition that causes his skin to burn unbearably when exposed to air. Only the cool water of a pond brings him relief, so he has even learned to eat and sleep while floating in it.
