▶️Bolivia is the country where Che Guevara died 57 years ago. On October 8, 1967, he was captured by the military and shot in one of the local villages. There, the revolutionary is still revered as a saint. People pray in front of his portrait. This is despite the fact that the guerrilla leader considered himself the complete opposite of Jesus Christ and did not hesitate to use violence in the name of revolution.
He has become a legend for people around the world, with his image appearing on T-shirts, badges, and even tattoos. Many poems and songs have been written about him.
So, what was he really like? Watch the documentary ‘Chasing Che’. The film contains the deathbed notes of a well-known revolutionary.
