“In Melbourne, we were around 1.2 seconds off the pace. Part of that deficit came from the chassis and part from the power unit. Now, halfway through the season, we are probably about three tenths away.
Red Bull Racing is incredibly strong when it comes to development, and over the past few months we have recovered most of that gap. But we know very well that the final three tenths will be the hardest to find. Only time will tell whether we can close them and reach the ultimate pace.”
