В 2023 году ожидается открытие основного хода трассы М-12 «Москва – Нижний Новгород – Казань». ГК «Моспроект-3» реализует полный комплекс работ по проектированию и строительству 5 этапа магистрали в Нижегородской области. Участок протяженностью 27 км предусматривает строительство 12 искусственных сооружений в сложных геологических условиях. Чтобы обеспечить безопасность проведения работ и эксплуатации объекта, инженеры холдинга проводят противокарстовые мероприятия.
