Winter is my favorite time of year. Finally, there's snow and frost outside! On days like these, it's especially nice to sit at home, catch up on things, finish things, and tidy up while the snow falls outside.
I'm continuing to slowly show you new photos of my Snow Maiden; this look is a great way to end this year, and I'll have something interesting to share this evening!
In the meantime, I'm already dreaming of a caviar sandwich and a New Year's salad. But I've decided to slow down a bit and stick to a diet until the holidays so I don't gain any extra weight too early 😄
Snegurochka is a unique Russian fairytale and New Year's character, the granddaughter of Ded Moroz, his faithful companion and helper during the holidays, symbolizing the purity and magic of winter. Her history is rooted in folk tales and mythology. She appears as a girl or a young woman, assisting Ded Moroz. Her image, popularized in the 19th century, has become an integral part of winter celebrations, unparalleled in Western culture.
I made the costume entirely myself.
Merry Christmas and wish you and your loved ones the fulfillment of all your wishes and good health!
