💦 Added mandatory confirmation of participation in giveaways for channel administrators.
✨ Now:
- Only administrators can run giveaways.
- Other administrators confirm the participation of their channel through a link.

This is protection from scammers and an additional guarantee for users! ✅

5️⃣ Update: Lottery Management Screen

🎮 We have added a separate control screen for the organizers of the giveaways:
- Easy task editing.
- The ability to add or remove a drawing from the showcase.
- Easy management of all stages of the competition.

We will be adding even more features to this screen. ✅

⚡️ And that's not all! We have fixed bugs, including a problem with different completion times of the draws. Now everything will happen synchronously for all participants.
