However, sometimes due to high load, unexpected failures occur. To minimize such situations, it is important to correctly deposit, withdraw, and exchange tokens. We will tell you how to do this as simply and clearly as possible!

🔄 How withdrawals work:
Withdrawals are available only to a non-custodial wallet in the TON network.

👉 What is it?
A non-custodial wallet is a wallet where only you manage your funds, thanks to full control over the private keys from the blockchain address. Examples:
- TON Space
- Tonkeeper
- TonHub
- MYTONWallet

‼️ Important! Custodial wallets, including exchange wallets (e.g. Binance, OKX, Bybit), are not eligible.

🐾 Steps:

1. Make sure you have enough funds in your balance for withdrawal.
2. Go to the "Withdraw" tab.
3. Select the withdrawal currency (e.g. TON, GMOON, USDT).
4. Specify the withdrawal amount.
5. Enter the address of your non-custodial wallet.
6. Click "Withdraw".

💰 Withdrawal fee:

$0.9 in the withdrawal currency (e.g. 0.15 TON).
The funds will be credited to your wallet within a few minutes.

💼 How to top up your MOON Wallet balance:

1. Click the "Top up" button.
2. Connect your non-custodial wallet (TON Space, Tonkeeper, TonHub, MYTONWallet). This is done via the button next to the "Wallet" inscription.
3. Copy the replenishment address that appears at the bottom of the screen.
4. Transfer the required amount in one of the available currencies (TON, USDT, GMoon, etc.) to the specified address.

📊 The coins will automatically appear on your GMOON balance.

‼️ Important! Transfer tokens only from the wallet connected in the application.

💱 How to exchange tokens:

If you want, for example, to purchase GMOON on your balance, and you have other tokens, you can exchange them.

1. Go to the "Exchange" tab.
2. Select the coin to sell (for example, TON).
3. Specify the coin to buy (for example, GMOON).
4. Click the "Exchange" button.

⚙️ All exchanges have a small gas fee.
