We checked in with the team this week. The character ability system is in active implementation.

Each Minotaur plays differently:
🌟 One jumps over obstacles others can't clear
🌟 One dodges in ways others can't
🌟 One outruns everything

Same dungeon. Completely different experience depending on who you bring in.

The team's goal: every character should feel like a genuine choice, not a skin swap.
