Is there a way to stop chunk generation past certain coordinates or at least make the world border completely opaque

I'm making a modpack for fabric 1.21.1 and I want to have a limited world size, but I do not like that the world still generates past the world border. I would either like to stop world generation past the border or stop the player from seeing the world generation past the border. If there is any possible solution outside of that I'm open to those as well.

I have tried multiple mods that claim to have opaque world borders and none of them work outside the overworld, so I'm confused on what to do.
