Middleman Terms of Service

Please carefully review these Terms of Service before engaging our services. By requesting our Escrow services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

Our primary responsibility is to securely hold funds and release them only when both parties involved are ready. We are not liable for any issues that may arise before, during, or after the transaction.

We do not facilitate transactions involving illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our discretion, without the need to provide an explanation.

If a deal is canceled or time is wasted, the buyer/seller must send the middleman an amount equal to the funds currently held. Once this additional amount has been received, the full held amount will be released through OGU Support

Our Escrow services are exclusively conducted using cryptocurrency. Our fees are fixed and non-refundable. If the fee is not paid upfront, it will be deducted from the amount held in escrow.
