🐦 Twitter blocks third-party clients

Twitter's Developer Platform Agreement document has been updated:
https://developer.twitter.com/en/developer-terms/agreement

The section on II. Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials has been updated to include the following description:
c) use or access the Licensed Materials to create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product to the Twitter Applications

As a result, all third-party Twitter clients (e.g., Tweetbot, Twiterrifc, Talon, etc.) are now unavailable.
