How ubiquitous keyboard software puts hundreds of millions of Chinese users at risk.

Chinese users often download third-party keyboard apps onto their devices, but a recent report by Citizen Lab found that Sogou, a popular Chinese app, had a security flaw.
The app could intercept and decrypt user input, leaving encrypted communications vulnerable to government surveillance.
