Решила вспомнить как рендеры делать.

Фраза: «Азь есмь бог»- с старославянского, которая была использована в русском дубляже “удивительный цифровой цирк” 8-ой серии, переводится как «я есть бог».

Если брать тот факт что Нечто сошел сума и пытается быть богом, ему эта фраза больше всего подходит.
