🎙 Opening remarks by Sergey Lavrov at his talks with Ahmed Attaf:

💬 Sergey Lavrov: I am glad to see once again a colleague with whom we have lived through many historical events. They never seem to come to an end.

As a Chinese saying goes, may you never live in a time of change. Yet an era of change can also bring satisfaction – especially to diplomats, because we have plenty to work on.

Today, we will exchange views on bilateral matters and discuss international issues as well. This is a good opportunity.
