Ive talked about this before, but I think its worth reminding.

The presence of an "Avatar" / "playable model" does not guarantee that a character will be playable. All playable characters have such a model, but miHoYo have started using same model format for characters whose release is unknown or unlikely.

I wont name specific characters because I know people will take it out of context and run around the internet saying that Ive "confirmed they wont be playable". The only thing I want to say is that Roland is not a "generic npc". Can we please just stop this shit?

(Im not talking about anyones playability)
