SDF militants (unclear wether remnants or de-facto Ministry of Interior integrated affiliates) have today erected a large barrier at the Saragha intersection, located above Tel Baroud in the countryside of Hasakah, with its members heavily deployed in the area.

Authoritive local media report that the forces are accompanied by a number of remnants of the former regime, coming from the coastal region.
