Morocco’s largest anti-Monarchy opposition Group (Islam-led) that is banned from participating in the elections, Al Adl wal Ihsane:

“The 38.02% voter turnout announced by Morocco’s Interior Ministry does not reflect the full voting-age population. With around 26.27 million people of voting age but only about 15.8 million registered voters, the actual participation rate is estimated at around 22.9%.

The group argues that this means roughly 77.1% of the voting-age population did not participate, describing the widespread abstention as a sign of declining trust in the political process and a challenge to the legitimacy and social weight of the institutions produced by the elections.”
