JUST IN:🇺🇸🇺🇦 Elon Musk personally proposed restricting Ukraine’s Starshield satellite communications system, per the Telegraph

He proposed this to President Trump, who agreed to the plan, according to The Telegraph, citing four sources.

The restrictions capped Ukrainian drones using Starshield at around 160 km/h, severely limiting their ability to intercept faster Russian drones and missiles.

Musk publicly denied responsibility for the restrictions, claiming any limits were imposed by the U.S. military and ultimately approved by Trump.

However, a senior source told The Telegraph that both men were involved in the decision, an account corroborated by European and Ukrainian officials.
