SCHEDULED UPGRADE

We are planning to deploy upgrades to the testnet. The process will start at 3 AM EST on 7th Aug (~16 hours from now).

Goal: Enable the generation of block execution witnesses at the sequencer for live testing. This is critical to stateless validators.
Est. Duration: ~3 hours
Effects: Block production and RPC will be paused.

This upgrade process will reflect on our performance dashboard [https://uptime.megaeth.com/].

We'll relay further updates as they happen. Please feel free to share with anyone who's unaware ❤️
