⚡️🇹🇷🇮🇶 — The PKK is evacuating the Kare and Khwakurk mountains in Iraq’s Duhok governorate and has ordered all its structures there to withdraw to Qandil, according to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent.

A tacit Türkiye–PKK understanding, reportedly mediated by an unnamed third country, would see the group’s leaders leave Qandil. The PKK is preparing a final, sensitive meeting there, where its dissolution and members’ return to Türkiye or their countries of origin are expected to be announced.
