⚡️🇸🇦🇮🇱🇺🇸 — Saudi Arabia has turned down an Israeli request, relayed through Washington, to be brought into the conflict with the Houthis, according to Haaretz.

A source familiar with the matter said the aim was "to coordinate efforts with the Saudis, develop relations with them, and pave the way for a future normalization agreement."

A diplomatic source said Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is not interested in receiving Israeli assistance in the campaign against the Houthis, since an alliance with Israel could be perceived negatively by public opinion in the kingdom.
