⚡️🇺🇸 — Sean "Diddy" Combs was rushed from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to a hospital early Saturday morning for a head injury, according to Page Six, citing TMZ.

Sources said the rapper, 56, was taken by ambulance from the prison and was "conscious and speaking" when he was returned before sunrise. The injury was reported as not life-threatening.
