I think there can be no reopening on energy issues unless there is a real truce on both sides. I have not observed any energy truce on the Russian side in the last 48 hours.
And so, we have always said things very clearly. And indeed, President Trump himself presented it as such, saying, 'I obtained a truce from both sides.' The facts are there, showing that the Russians have continued to bomb energy infrastructure in recent hours.
