⚡️🇸🇦🇾🇪 — At least 50 people were hospitalized after a Houthi missile struck Riyadh airport's domestic terminal on Saturday, according to the FT, citing Saudi sources.

Roughly 50 were admitted to a hospital near the airport, some in critical condition. Other hospitals received casualties, and major facilities across Riyadh activated emergency disaster-response protocols.

AFP reports at least five in intensive care (all Saudis), some airlifted by helicopter, with ER doctors called up across the capital.

The NYT puts the toll higher: at least 12 dead and over 50 injured. Injuries included shattered-glass wounds from a ceiling collapse near Gates 401/403, with Mecca-bound pilgrims among the hurt.

Saudi authorities have officially confirmed only "several" wounded and no fatalities so far.
