➡️ The Caspian Environmental Summit will follow expanded-format talks on 9 October and is expected to bring together the leaders of all five Caspian states. Discussions will focus on environmental cooperation, particularly the Caspian Sea’s declining water level, and a declaration addressing environmental issues, including its shallowing, is planned for adoption.

No bilateral Putin–Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan meeting is planned at the CIS summit, though contact during the events cannot be ruled out, Ushakov stated.

➡️ Putin will hold a bilateral meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the APEC summit, while Ushakov said no practical preparations have begun for a possible Putin–Donald Trump–Xi meeting there.
