⚡️🇺🇸 — The USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and USS Frank E. Petersen Jr. (DDG 121), along with the embarked staffs of Carrier Air Wing 9 and Destroyer Squadron 21, arrived in Guam for a brief logistics stop, marking Carrier Strike Group 3 personnel's first return to American soil in nine months, according to U.S. 7th Fleet.

➡️ The ships returned to the U.S. Pacific Command area of responsibility after nearly seven months operating in U.S. Central Command, and previously stopped in Guam in December 2025.

➡️ Before the Guam stop, the ships conducted port visits in Laem Chabang and Si Racha, Thailand, from September 2 to 6. Personnel will be afforded on-base liberty during the stop.
