If you care about the victims, call on Biden to declassify US intel on Ghouta, which led US officials to warn -- invoking Iraq WMDs -- that it wasn't a "slam dunk."

US intel also learned that Syria's sarin wasn't a match and that al-Qaeda in Syria had an "advanced sarin plot."
