Looking for a part‑time BizOps / Operations pro

Hey everyone — I’m looking for a strong operations person (part‑time / contract) who could take a fresh look at how things work inside Outreach Today (outreach2day.ai) — our internal ops are currently a bit of a mess: billing, invoices, hiring, support SLAs, etc.

I’d love someone who can do a short ops audit, map how things actually work today, and then suggest how they should work — what to automate, what to delete, what to delegate, maybe even who to hire. Ideally someone who’s done this before for SaaS or B2B products.

This could start as a short audit or consulting project and grow from there.
