Irina is an incredibly talented and driven manager whose career path started with modeling. Modeling Agencies vs UFC

A comparison between modeling agencies and the UFC. There seems to be nothing in common between the two, other than trying to promote their proteges and give them an opportunity to gain popularity. While modeling agencies don't give models a chance to shine or provide them with the opportunity to showcase their talents to a wider audience, the UFC makes it a priority.

Modeling agencies focus on using models for commercial projects, not promoting them as individuals or stars. Often models are left without significant financial rewards or fame despite working for well-known brands. Their involvement with companies does not lead to personal recognition or success that can be compared to what successful UFC fighters receive.

On the other hand, the UFC provides a platform for young fighters, so that they can prove themselves in huge arenas, in front of millions of people. One spectacular fight can instantly make a fighter a star and give him worldwide fame. UFC actively promotes its fighters, which allows them not only to earn significant sums but also to become famous personalities, opening up new opportunities outside the sport.

Thus, we can say that modeling agencies and the UFC perform different functions. The first one is more focused on the commercial exploitation of models, while the other one is more focused on creating stars and promoting talent.
