More than three hours have passed since the launch of the ship, Earth time. Vito wandered from one part of the ship to another, and studied the jumping indicators on the monitors. Although this was not necessary, since all data was reduced to the main monitor. But Vito, in his profession as an engineer, was accustomed to thoroughly double-checking everything and keeping a separate journal of his own observations. The life of the ship is important, and its behavior must be stable.

The ship was in a gravitational drift and was already approaching the first goal of the mission - Mars. A few months before departure, Vito received an invitation signal to the @TonPlanets colonization program. The idea of ​​the project and its operating economy inspired the scientist. He drew up a Mars exploration plan and presented it to mission management. And so, the plan became one of the tasks of the mission, and an arsenal of research technologies, equipment and supplies was equipped on board the ship.

Exploring the red planet was the first priority, which included landing on the planet, getting in touch with the population and project management, studying a summary of recent research and getting involved in the work. On the approach to Mars, Vito studied all the necessary basic material for the settlers and gradually began to compile a list of improvements, which, in his vision, was supposed to increase the attractiveness of the project and help civilization reach a new level of technology. The planet is large, there are a lot of resources, and the time to study it could last forever.

Therefore, Vito saw potential in Mars and a need for support. He always put interest first in any business - it was his hobby. He loved to learn new things and bring the best. From this he received even more inspiration and experience, transferring them from one project to another. So he became one of the engineers of mankind’s new achievement - the bioship. But the limit of his knowledge and interest did not cool down on this note, so he left the Earth and went on a long journey, one of the berths on the way of which was Mars.

The dial with the timer made noise with a report until it touched the surface of the planet. Through the soft clang of the ship’s sagging flexible skin, the cold and calm voice of the ship’s landing system announcer was heard in the cockpit. 3… 2… 1… There is contact. Then the sound of dying engines. Undocking the landing module. Vito walks along the sandy beach of the sultry desert. He smiles, runs, falls into the sand and makes an angel.
