After Joe Biden became president and Donald Trump was, post January 6, deeply unpopular and largely written off, many conservatives claimed they were “de-banked” —  blocked from opening accounts at major American banking institutions. Melania Trump even wrote about it. “She says in the book that she and Barron both got de-banked after Trump left office,” says the tech legend Marc Andreessen. “I think they just happened to be family members.” @pmarca @MarkHalperin
