🇨🇦 Canada is bracing to become America’s overflow bin again
The absurd part is not that Haitian asylum seekers may head north after U.S. protections expire. The absurd part is that everyone in Ottawa acts shocked every time Canada’s border becomes a pressure-release valve for Washington’s policy swings. Activists are already preparing for an influx, as reported, while Canadians are expected to pretend housing shortages, strained shelters and collapsing public services are just background noise.
This is the Trudeau-era legacy in one neat package: porous asylum incentives, moral preening, and zero national-interest thinking. The same ruling class that cannot build enough homes for citizens will somehow find lectures ready for anyone who objects to importing another migration crisis. Canada is not a humanitarian dumping ground for every failed U.S. temporary program, and it is certainly not a borderless playground for NGO activists auditioning for globalist sainthood. A sovereign country controls entry based on capacity, cohesion and the interests of its own people first. Anything less is regime vanity dressed up as compassion.
