The funniest part is how shamelessly partisan this is. The same Rock the Vote machine that organizer Tania Cameron says was built to get rid of Stephen Harper in 2015 is now being revived to stop Alberta separatism, with First Nations leaders openly trying to tip the scales in October, as reported. In 2011, on-reserve turnout was 33.3 per cent. In 2015, it jumped to 56.6 per cent. Translation: Ottawa’s preferred constituencies get a custom turnout operation whenever the regime feels threatened.

Notice the deeper farce. Alberta is allowed to keep paying for a federation that sabotages its energy sector, loots its tax base, and lectures it on democracy, but the second people talk seriously about sovereignty, the activation network appears. We even get the usual bureaucratic side plot about IDs, residency forms, and special workarounds. Canada in 2026 is a country where national unity means one province funds the machine used to neutralize its own leverage. Equal partnership, liberal style.
