Olivia Chow blames illegal guns from the U.S., because of course the governing class would rather outsource responsibility than admit Toronto has a law-and-order collapse in plain sight. Even the police chief is hinting that bureaucrats and organizers resisted basic security measures. This is what liberal city management looks like: endless festivals, endless slogans, and endless public exposure to the consequences.
